This first video lesson aims to introduce participants to the main topics of the course by giving an overview of the different treatment options for performing sinus lifts.
Prof. Testori will explain how it is difficult to find a consensus among experts in the field on which is the gold standard between the crestal, lateral and short implants approach.
Participants will be able to see how the invasiveness of these treatments does not come from the type of approach but from the design of the flap.
In particular, this lecture covers the following topics:

- Crestal VS Lateral VS Short Implants Approach
- Newest findings in flap design technique
- Anatomically oriented clinical suggestions to prevent intra and post-op complications
