In this lecture we discuss the evolution of parameters and indications concerning sinus augmentation procedures that have taken place in recent years; participants will be able to observe how the continuous search for minimal invasiveness has led to the abandonment of techniques involving osteotomy in favor of techniques such as piezoelectric and osseodensification.
It will be explained why these treatment options are preferred and what the rationale behind clinical decision making is.
