Trailer- Lifetime access
What it covers
Through this presentation, participants will discover how there are more than 40 different techniques to perform the crestal approach; Prof. Testori will explain how he has identified two techniques to be the gold standard: the SAD and the Low Window Technique.
The decision-making algorithm through which Prof. Testori chooses between these different options based on both sinus size and thickness will be discussed in detail.
In particular, this lecture covers the following topics:
- The decision tree algorithm to select the proper treatment option
- The importance to understand biology
- Indications for crestal approach basing on sinus dimension and width
- One-stage VS Two-stage lateral approach
- One-stage VS Two-stage transcrestal approach
- Crestal bone height and bucco-palatal sinus width assessment
