Dr. Loi presents a clinical case of asymmetry between the central incisors' gingival contours, where the patient opted for a conservative approach, refusing surgery.
Participants will see how, by removing the crown and preparing a vertical abutment, it was possible to insert fibers to expand the mucosal channel, obtaining an accurate subgingival impression.
With the placement of the temporary restoration, the gingiva will progressively adapt, realigning to the level of the contralateral tooth. This technique leverages the regenerative potential of the tissues through the use of convergent implants, allowing for modulation of the form's height and thickening of the gingiva, promoting coronal growth without the need for grafts.
