Discrepancies in the sagittal plane can result from a backward or forward overjet.
In this video lesson, Dr. Fortini discusses the treatment of prominent upper front teeth, i.e. the management of the augmented overjet.
Treatment should be started at an early age in order for it to be efficient and to minimize the risk of possible damage.
