The oral cavity is part of the systemic health spectrum and
often shows the very first symptoms of systemic diseases, including
potentially fatal ones.
Dr. Franchini speaks about what a general dentist must know, do and
say to their patients when they detect risk factors of oral cavity pathology.
Participants will discover that it’s crucial to examine the current
and past anamnesis of the patient, collaborate with other professionals,
and eliminate local irritating factors by performing pharmacological
and periodontal therapies.
