A patient has two chief complaints: she wants to improve the esthetic of her anterior four teeth and also replace the restorations on elements 2.4 and 2.5. There’s also a fistula on the buccal aspect of tooth number 1.1.
Dr. Paniz will place three porcelain laminate veneers on the lateral incisors and on tooth number 1.2 and an implant supported crown on element 1.1.
This is a clinical case that will also require an orthodontic treatment to increase the length of the anterior teeth.
In particular, this lesson focuses on the following topics:
- Two dimensional previsualization on photographs to start planning the treatment
- The removal of the existing and compromised implant on element 1.1
- The evaluation of soft tissues’ quality around implants and veneers
