Dr. Motta Jones performs a flap elevation by using a piezoelectric device to separate the soft tissues from the bone and achieve an optimal outcome.
Once the correct elevation is reached, he proceeds with bone expansion to ensure the correct space for tooth extraction.
Finally, he performs tooth sectioning and luxation due to the presence of massive frictions between the lingual fragment of the wisdom tooth and the bony wall of the adjacent tooth.
