What it covers
In this lesson, Prof. Rutkunas illustrates the fully-guided surgical approach for full-arch rehabilitations, emphasizing precision, guide stability, and workflow control.
The lecturer discusses how to achieve a complete seating of the guide, performing manual adjustments when necessary, and how to manage anatomical limitations by properly defining osteotomy length and diameter.
Finally, Prof. Rutkunas analyzes the drawbacks of stackable guides and introduces the double-guide technique within the Total Fit Workflow, underlining the importance of precise bone profiling as a key step for successful outcomes.
In particular, this lesson focuses on:
- Full-arch guided surgery protocol and guide stability optimization
- Management of anatomical limitations and osteotomy parameters
- Clinical workflow from digital planning to guided bone augmentation
