How much does access to the platform cost?

Access to the platform is free and includes some video lessons available at no cost. Video courses are activated with an annual subscription or with unlimited access.

What is the difference between an annual subscription and unlimited access?

With the annual subscription you access the channel's videos for 12 months and receive the new content published during that period; renewal is optional and can be disabled at any time. With unlimited access you activate the videos with no expiry. Your subscription renewal date is shown on the course page and in the "My courses" section.

Yes. Almost all individual video lessons can be purchased on their own and then remain accessible with no time limit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure payment system. Where available, some courses can also be paid in 3 installments.

Do prices include taxes? Will I receive an invoice?

Prices shown on the site do not include taxes: local taxes are calculated automatically and shown before payment. An invoice is available on request: just email us at support@osteocom.me.

I was given a coupon: how do I use it?

Enter the coupon code in the cart and validate it to see the final price before proceeding to payment. Some coupons are only valid on specific products.

Can I request a refund?

You can request a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not watched more than 20% of the course. For multiple or repeated purchases, refunds are assessed case by case. To request one, email us at support@osteocom.me.

Which devices can I watch the videos on?

You can follow courses on desktop, tablet and smartphone directly from your browser, with nothing to install. Playback automatically resumes from where you left off.

The video won't load, freezes or shows an error: what can I do?

Videos from our most recent courses are protected by an anti-piracy system (DRM): on first play they can be heavier and take a few extra seconds, especially if your connection is unstable. In most cases it's enough to use an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox), check your connection (we recommend at least 5 Mbps) and lower the playback quality if needed, clear cache and cookies and reload the page, or log out and back in. If the problem persists, try a different device, browser or network and email us at support@osteocom.me with the course, device and browser you were using.
