What it covers
In the upper jaw there are 2 intraoral implants with "locator" type abutment inserted, in order to increase the stability of the denture, but that shows signs of peri-implantitis and needs to be removed also for unfavorable prosthetic position to support a fixed rehabilitation on implants.
The patient complains of a strong discomfort for the instability of the mandibular prosthesis in addition to the lack of aesthetics and satisfactory function. After the analysis of radiographic examinations, sufficient bone quantity was found for an all-on-4 type of restoration both in the upper and lower arch.
The provisional prosthetic restoration is fabricated before surgery and will be immediately delivered to the patient after surgery.

It applies to video course orders from €400 (US$450, £350, CHF 400 or CAD 600), VAT excluded: if you are close, the cart tells you how much is missing.
