In this first clinical video on anatomical preparation, Prof. Agliardi shows the All-on-4® protocol for trans-sinusal and transverse implant placement in patients with severe atrophy.
In order to highlight the specific characteristics of each technique, the specific entry and end points will be compared with particular reference to the
exposure of the canine abutment to illustrate the path of the posterior tilted implants typical of both the All-on-4® and transinusal implant protocols.

4The necessary preoperative assessments to be implemented during treatment planning will be discussed, and ample space will be dedicated to the analysis of correct implant position and inclination, with tips and tricks and how to avoid causing injury to the most sensitive parts of the area.
Next, the focus will shift to zygomatic implants of which protocols, surgical procedures and key points to be observed will be discussed in detail in addition to both anatomical and biomechanical considerations.
The Extra Module ‘Aesthetic perioral treatment of edentulous people’ has been produced thanks to the collaboration with Dr. Ezio Costa and it is offered to all Master Course ‘Full Tilted Implants’ enrollees.
