Temporary anchorage devices (TADs) are miniscrews placed in either alveolar or extra-alveolar bone for the purpose of providing orthodontic anchorage.
Their placement can be implemented autonomously by the operator, without the use of ConeBeam, digital planning or surgical guides. While the approaches shown can be replicated with any miniscrew implant system, the TADs seen in the course are manufactured by PSM.
