What it covers

Moderators: Martina Stefanini and Jessica O’Neill

Presentations included

  • Introducing the patient Martina Stefanini and Jessica O’Neill
  • The evidence behind Giovanni Zucchelli
  • Narrated surgery Francesco Cairo

This ReLIVE Surgery shows a combined restorative-surgical protocol for treating multiple maxillary recessions.

The training focuses on a patient presenting with multiple RT1 gingival recessions and severe cervical abrasions in the upper jaw, referred specifically for high-demand aesthetic concerns without active periodontal disease.

You will observe the critical preliminary phase of reconstructing and reshaping the tooth anatomy, demonstrating how restoring the CEJ level before surgery is vital for a predictable outcome.

Finally, the step-by-step narrated surgery guides you through the execution of a multiple CAF (21-26), proving how this combined approach achieves almost complete root coverage with minimal patient morbidity and high final satisfaction.

Key topics covered
  • Live case analysis of multiple RT1 maxillary recessions and root/CEJ abrasions.
  • Pre-surgical restorative reshaping of the CEJ to recreate correct tooth anatomy.
  • Step-by-step surgical execution of a multiple Coronally Advanced Flap (21-26).
  • Clinical workflows to achieve maximum tissue camouflage and minimal patient morbidity.
