Il Dr. Daniel Buser è uno degli implantologi internazionali più esperti, con 35 anni di esperienza chirurgica. Si esibisce ampiamente in conferenze nazionali e internazionali e corsi di formazione continua per condividere la sua conoscenza. È stato Professore di Chirurgia Orale presso l'Università di Berna, in Svizzera, dal 2000 al 2019. Ha inoltre ricoperto la carica di Presidente di varie associazioni accademiche, tra cui la EAO (1996/97) e la ITI (2009-13). Ha ricevuto diversi premi scientifici, tra cui il Premio di Ricerca André Schroeder della ITI (1995), il Premio Daniel M. Laskin (1996), il Premio di Membri Onorari della AAP (1997), il Premio Brånemark Osseointegration della AO (2013) e la Fellowship Onoraria della ITI (2017). Con il suo team, ha scritto e co-scritto oltre 400 pubblicazioni e capitoli di libri sulla ricerca traslazionale nel campo dell'odontoiatria implantare.
