Headache is one of the most common pain complaints in the general population. Sleep and headache appear to have a bidirectional relationship and share common elements in terms of anatomy and pathophysiology. You will understand that the management of headaches is integrally related to the management of concomitant sleep disorders, and vice versa. Sleep disorders and headaches share common comorbidities such as depression, a sedentary lifestyle, anxiety, and global pain. Prof. Dr. Davis Thomas explains that any factor that affects one of these phenomena can have a robust effect on the other.
