What it covers

The video illustrates a sinus floor augmentation procedure following a previous failed sinus surgery. The patient shows a severe bone deficiency, with a small mid-crest oroantral communication. The strong adhesions force the operator to pay particular attention in the management of the soft tissue and of the Schneiderian membrane, containing the membrane damage and using a bone augmentation membrane to surgically resolve the laceration.
